  ABOUT THE EVENT

  Every company today is working out how best to manage and incorporate AI into its business.  As AI moves from an operational efficiency tool to a core governance imperative corporate boards and legal counsel must understand how the technology is being used within their companies.  This includes the current and potential future risks and benefits being created by the fast-paced developments in AI technology. 
  

  Because AI-driven decision-making fundamentally alters risk management, compliance, and strategic oversight, the very definition of a director's fiduciary duty is being called into question.
