ABOUT THE EVENT

We're taking a different approach to this year's Hot Topics in M&A Roundtable! Rather than a traditional panel discussion, this interactive session will encourage open conversation around the latest developments, trends, and challenges shaping the M&A landscape.  We will be posting a list of proposed topics and questions on our website shortly as a way to start an interactive discussion with all attendees on the key issues we are seeing on M&A this year.

Moderated by Mark I. Greene, Partner and Head of the Corporate Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and ACGC Fellow, we will invite attendees to share their insights and experiences, raise questions, and explore the issues influencing today's M&A market.
